Derek Waldron started in California personal injury in 2002 and has spent his entire career championing the cause of injured individuals and their families. After years on the practice side, he earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014.

Derek has handled cases from inception through negotiation and settlement, building extensive experience across the breadth of personal-injury practice. His portfolio includes auto accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, slip and falls, and the full range of injury claims our firm takes.

He has built a reputation for a measured, professional, and adversarial relationship with adjusters from the major insurance carriers - the kind of disciplined back-and-forth that pushes settlement values up without burning the bridges that get cases resolved.

Beyond his professional life, Derek enjoys surfing, traveling, and watching football, but his greatest joys come from spending time with his family and serving his community.
